At the stables where the uni riding team trains, we have a lady come in to give us fitness sessions every now and then. I have only done a couple, but it's made me realise how much I need to work on my leg strength and stretching my hamstrings - does anyone have any tips? I'm often told my legs don't hang long enough around the horse, so I'm sure these issues are related! Show more
